All site content and Services are for educational and informational purposes only. These Terms and Conditions and all other legal notices, additional terms, policies, rules and guidelines posted on the Website and the Services constitute the entire agreement between you and Quintiles and replace all previous written or oral agreements.

13. Assignment

We may assign this contract at any time to any of our Quintiles companies, or as part of the sale to, merger with, or other transfer of our company to another entity. We will post a notice on the Website and may send you an email about any change of ownership so that you have the option to stop using the Website or cancel your registration if you do not wish to continue to use the Website and Services under the new ownership. You may not assign this contract to anyone else.

14. Severability

If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the rest of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Choice of Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, your use of the Website and/or the Services, and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina, without reference to its conflicts of law rules. Any action shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you irrevocably waive objection to the jurisdiction of such courts.
